In March 2016, Korea Institute for International Development and Cooperation (IIDC) established a basic research infrastructure for international development cooperation and opened it for the purpose of contributing to mutual understanding and development of international development cooperation based on effective research.
The Korea Institute for International Development Cooperation (IIDC) is currently supporting and encouraging Korean universities to participate in international development projects based on their expertise and experience in international development cooperation projects.

Now the world is getting closer and more open to cooperation. In line with this, we will carry out the official development assistance (ODA) project of the International Development Cooperation Research Institute to raise the status of Korea University.
IIDC will also serve as a control tower to lead collaboration among the international development affairs departments on campus.
